Individual therapy, also called counseling or psychotherapy, is a unique opportunity to address issues that are bothering you or that are keeping you from being successful in important areas of your life.

Sessions are typically about 55 minutes in length and usually occur weekly or every other week. We recommend that you meet with your therapist weekly at the beginning of treatment, and then space out sessions as you make progress on the goals that you and your therapist set together.
