About Me
Hi, I’m Molly, a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I work with children, caregivers, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and the complex emotional experiences that can arise across the lifespan. My work is deeply rooted in trauma informed care, with a strong focus on both acute and developmental trauma and how these experiences shape individuals and relationships over time.
I have experience working in hospital, clinic, and school based settings, which allows me to approach each client with flexibility and a broader understanding of the systems that impact mental health. I also have specialized training in early childhood mental health, with a strong foundation in development from the perinatal period through adulthood.
I bring both professional and lived experience in reproductive mental health, and I understand how deeply personal and complex these journeys can be. Whether you are navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, parenting, loss, or family transitions, I aim to create a space where your experiences can be understood within the context of your relationships and life experiences.”
We often carry experiences that feel difficult to untangle on our own. My role is to help you make sense of your experiences in a way that feels manageable, while also supporting connection, resilience, and a stronger sense of stability over time.
Therapeutic Approach
My approach is integrative, trauma informed, and tailored to your unique needs and strengths. I am trained in EMDR therapy and draw from a range of modalities depending on what feels most supportive.
I tend to hold both the individual experience and the larger relational context in mind. Our focus may shift between understanding past experiences and building connection and stability in the present. My goal is to support growth that feels steady and sustainable.
Outside the Therapy Room
Outside of the therapy room, I value connection, curiosity, and continued learning. I enjoy spending time with loved ones, being outdoors, and finding opportunities for both creativity and reflection in everyday life. I am someone who genuinely enjoys understanding people, relationships, and the ways we continue to grow across different stages of life.
