About Me
Hello and welcome! I’m Tiffany, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I specialize in reproductive and perinatal mental health, supporting individuals navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum challenges, birth trauma, and the transition into parenthood. These experiences can feel deeply overwhelming and, at times, disorienting, especially when things unfold in ways you never expected.
If you are finding yourself feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or unsure how to move forward, you are not alone. These experiences can bring up a wide range of emotions, and it can be difficult to make sense of them on your own. My goal is to provide a space where you feel supported as you navigate what you are going through and begin to reconnect with a sense of steadiness and direction.
My work is shaped not only by clinical training, but also by lived experience, which allows me to approach this work with empathy that feels grounded and genuine.
I believe that even in the most difficult seasons, there is space for resilience, growth, and healing. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you process your experiences while building the tools, insight, and clarity needed to move forward in a way that feels manageable and true to you.
Therapeutic Approach
My approach is strength based, compassionate, and grounded in evidence based care. I draw from a range of modalities while tailoring each session to your unique needs, with a focus on emotional processing, resilience, and practical coping strategies.
I tend to move between supporting what feels most immediate and creating space for deeper reflection. Some sessions may focus on getting through a difficult moment, while others allow for more processing and meaning making. My goal is to help you feel more steady and supported as you navigate what you are going through.
Outside the Therapy Room
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our rainbow baby. I love music, gardening, cooking, and crafting, and I value the connection and creativity these activities bring into my life.
Let’s Connect
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. You do not have to navigate these challenges on your own. We will help connect you with care that feels supportive and aligned with what you need.
