About Me

Welcome. I’m Lisa, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California with over twenty years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through some of the most challenging and meaningful transitions in life. I specialize in reproductive mental health, working with individuals navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum challenges, and the intense shifts that can come with parenthood.

My passion for this work is both professional and deeply personal. I have experienced infertility, loss, and all the complexities of becoming a parent to my rainbow baby. These experiences allow me to meet clients with an understanding that is grounded in both lived experience and clinical expertise. I understand that this season of life can hold both profound joy and deep pain, often at the same time, and that it can be difficult to find support that fully understands both.

In addition to reproductive mental health, I work with individuals navigating periods of high stress, uncertainty, and significant emotional change. I am comfortable working in circumstances that feel intense or uncertain, and I strive to provide a steady, grounded presence when things feel hard to manage on your own.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach is warm, direct, and focused on helping you feel both supported and capable of moving forward. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution focused approaches, while keeping your goals and your current reality at the center of our work.

I tend to be both supportive and practical. Some sessions may focus on processing what you are going through, while others may focus on helping you take clear, manageable steps forward. My goal is to help you feel more stable, more clear, and more confident in how you are navigating what is in front of you.

Outside the Therapy Room

Outside of the therapy room, I value closeness, intentional time with loved ones, and appreciating the small moments that matter most. Spending time with my family, especially my son, is one of the most meaningful parts of my life.

Let’s Connect

If you are navigating life’s challenges on your own, it’s time to feel supported. We will help connect you with care that feels experienced  and able to support you through what you are facing.
