About Me

Welcome! I’m Emily, the Founder of Reproductive Mental Health and Wellness. I am certified in perinatal mental health and have dedicated my career to working with individuals and families navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, complicated pregnancies, premature birth, NICU experiences, and postpartum mental health challenges. These experiences can impact every part of your life, including your identity, your relationships, and your sense of stability, and I believe that specialized, thoughtful care is essential during these times.

Through my own lived experiences, I understand how layered and complex the reproductive journey can be, and how isolating it can feel when support does not fully meet your needs. This understanding has shaped the way I built this practice, with the goal of creating a space where clients feel both deeply emotionally supported and confident in the quality of care they are receiving.

In my role as founder, I am closely involved in clinical oversight, training, and case consultation, and I work to ensure that every client who enters our practice is thoughtfully matched with a clinician who aligns with their needs and experiences.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in trauma informed and evidence based care. I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Focused CBT, and have extensive experience supporting individuals and families through complex reproductive and perinatal mental health experiences.

I believe that therapy should feel collaborative, attuned, and effective, and I work closely with our team to ensure that this level of care is consistently provided across the practice.

Outside the Therapy Room

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our child, and our rescue dog. I value connection, creativity, and staying engaged with the perinatal community through both professional and personal spaces.

Let’s Connect

While I am not currently accepting new clients, I remain deeply committed to helping individuals and families find thoughtful, specialized care within our practice. Our team will work closely with you to connect you with a clinician whose experience and approach feel like a strong fit for your needs.
